Step away from the noise and demands of daily life and immerse yourself in the stillness and beauty of 2,000 acres of ancient woodland at the foot of May Hill, Gloucestershire, England. Here, you will meditate, walk barefoot along winding forest paths, and sleep in comfort beneath the ancient canopy, cradled by the gentle whispers of the wild. As the boundaries between self and nature soften, you will begin to understand your own energy field and how modern life shapes your ability to feel and connect with the natural world.

This is a 1 day course. We will stop at lunch time for a venison lunch, and then again for another venison meal at the end of the day. We will have teas and coffees and some soft drinks available for you to help yourself to throughout your visit. If you want to bring your own snacks with you, then please feel free.
