Group campsite
Our wonderful group campsite provides a perfect location for family camping, community activities and local events from April to October.
Set in 1 acre of open grassland lined with woodlands and veteran oak trees, a communal fire pit, two dry compost toilets, two shower cabins and hand basins.
The barn provides a kitchen with gas stove, communal area and space to relax in front of a wood stove in the event of wet weather.
The campsite is located directly behind May Hill village hall, which hosts a variety of local events, including the popular Pop-Up pub on the first Friday of each month. See www.mayhillvillage.com for details.
This space accommodates a range of community events, such as the May Hill & Huntley Scouts group, Barnstorm youth theatre camp and the May Hill summer solstice festival. See our activities page for more details.
